All financial transactions on nasa17 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). nasa17 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable limits at the time of transaction.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your nasa17 wallet are available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. nasa17 does not guarantee specific processing times as these depend on third-party payment processors.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

nasa17 reserves the right to impose holds on withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

nasa17 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game payouts, or displayed information, nasa17 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nasa17. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games for financial gain.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, bonuses, or suspension decisions.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute by the player.
• Inactive account (no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method used, subject to completion of verification requirements.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, nasa17's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. nasa17's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

All content on the nasa17 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of nasa17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any platform content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the platform's software.
